GBK Crossing Bridge Almost Ready

Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) pedestrian bridge (JPO) revitalization which is conducted on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, South Jakarta, is now entering the finishing stage. The new GBK JPO is designed with artistic and modern touches.

Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan expected this JPO's new design can give new experience for pedestrian while crossing on it.

"We want this JPO to give unique experience for pedestrians and make them happy," he expressed after attending Intermittent Replacement Plenary Meeting at Jakarta DPRD Building, Monday (1/14).

Two Pedestrian Bridges Revitalization in Sudirman Reaches 85 Percent

Last Sunday (1/13), he monitored the revitalization progress with his children, Ismail Hakim and Mutiara Annisa to ensure the construction went well. 

"Its current progress reaches more than 80 percent. We will ensure this JPO to be integrated with its surrounding," he conveyed.
